SodaBurn Supplement Review: Six Checks Applied to the Label
A SodaBurn supplement review needs six checks: what the label prints, how doses compare with studies, caffeine, medicine interactions, proof of quality and the refund terms. SodaBurn passes some, like printing all 22 names, and leaves others open, like a lab report and per-name amounts.

The checklist
How do you review a supplement in six steps?
You review a supplement by reading the Supplement Facts, comparing doses with studies, spotting caffeine, checking medicines, looking for quality proof and reading the refund terms. NIH advises telling your providers about every supplement you take (NIH ODS, What You Need to Know).
Move through the six steps below. Each one is a question you can answer from the bottle or the seller.
- 01
Check the seal and your medicines
On a new bottle, check the seal and read the label. List any diabetes, blood thinner, blood pressure or stimulant medicine you take and ask your doctor or pharmacist first.
- 02
Shake the bottle well
The label says shake well, because the liquid holds many extracts that can settle. Squeeze the black bulb to fill the dropper.
- 03
Take 1 dropperful and swallow
The label's serving is 1 dropperful once a day, placed in the mouth and swallowed. The seller's page adds before a meal, preferably in the morning.
- 04
Keep a simple log and see your doctor
Note sleep, jitters, stomach upset or anything odd. Keep every prescribed medicine going, and stop and ask a clinician if you react.

How does SodaBurn score on the six checks?
SodaBurn is clear on its list and unclear on amounts. We give no score, only a status for each check.
| Check | Status for SodaBurn |
|---|---|
| 1. Label facts | 22 lines printed; no per-name amounts |
| 2. Doses vs studies | Chromium 7 mcg vs 200 to 1,000 mcg in trials (Cochrane, Chromium picolinate (2013)) |
| 3. Caffeine | Guarana and green tea; amount not printed |
| 4. Medicines | Ask a pharmacist; several names matter |
| 5. Quality proof | No lab report; GMP CERTIFIED, no certifier named |
| 6. Refund | 60 days, terms at checkout |
Caffeine and quality
What should a supplement review say about caffeine and quality?
It should say where caffeine comes from and what proof of quality exists. In SodaBurn, guarana is at most 3.87 mg and green tea at most 2.21 mg, and both carry caffeine.
FDA says up to 400 mg of caffeine a day is not generally linked to harm in healthy adults (FDA, How much caffeine is too much). The blend ceilings are far below that, but the label prints no caffeine total.
A USP mark would show third-party testing, and the program is voluntary (USP, Verification Program). We found no USP mark on this product. FDA also sets manufacturing rules for makers (21 CFR Part 111 (eCFR)).

Is a supplement review a reason to take a supplement?
No. A review shows what is printed. It does not show that a product will work for you. Ask a doctor or pharmacist if you take medicine or have a condition.

SodaBurn questions people ask
What is a supplement review?
A supplement review checks a product's label, doses, interactions, quality proof and refund terms against public sources. It is not a test or a promise of results.
Is SodaBurn tested by a lab?
No lab report is published that we know of. The lot references SB-26/IS-1481 and SB-1481-26-IS are seller references, not lab proof.
How much chromium is in SodaBurn?
The panel text shows chromium (as chromium picolinate) at 7 mcg, which is 20% of the 35 mcg Daily Value. Trials in the Cochrane review used 200 to 1,000 mcg.
Does SodaBurn have caffeine?
Guarana and green tea extract both contain caffeine, but the label prints no caffeine amount. Each name is capped by its place in the blend.
Does FDA approve supplements like SodaBurn?
No. FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. The dagger on the label leads to the FDA statement that claims are not evaluated (FDA, Dietary Supplements).
