It is 20% of the 35 mcg Daily Value, so it counts toward a daily need (NIH ODS, Chromium). For weight, trials used 200 to 1,000 mcg and found about 1.1 kg more loss, of debatable clinical relevance (Cochrane, Chromium picolinate (2013)). The label dose is far below that.
Is SodaBurn ketogenic friendly?
We cannot say. Some sales copy calls it "ketogenic-friendly". Our material shows no ketone ingredient and no carbohydrate line. Without a printed carb figure, we cannot back the claim, and we do not use it.
Is SodaBurn 100% natural?
